To ensure a longer shelf life for your Nature’s Own products, store them in an airtight bag or container at room temperature (70-73 degrees Fahrenheit) in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. It’s important not to return any partially consumed product back into the container with the unused ones, as this can introduce impurities. If a chew has come into contact with moisture from your dog’s saliva or outdoor surfaces, it’s best to keep it separate from the fresh products to maintain their quality.

Our goal is to minimize the introduction of additives, ensuring that any used are as natural as possible. All products comply with CFIA and USDA/FDA standards and undergo rigorous lab testing before being shipped to Canada. We have maintained a strong track record, with no positive test results for E. coli or Salmonella, thanks to our strict processing guidelines and quality control measures. Additionally, all chews are slow-baked to preserve maximum flavour and quality.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with your desired changes.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes). However, due to high shipping costs to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, we are unable to provide free shipping to these areas. We also reserve the right to evaluate shipping costs to other regions of the country; if rates are excessive, you will be notified by email. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Please note that used or consumed products are not eligible for a refund. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
